This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Balacoon ("Company") and you, the user ("User"). By downloading, installing, or using the Revoice: Change your voice ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.1 License: Company grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes on compatible devices. Usage of the App includes the purchase and execution of a limited number of speech generations or a monthly subscription to a speech generation service, as detailed in the pricing and subscription terms.
1.2 Restrictions: User shall not:
2.1 Ownership: The App and all intellectual property rights associated with it remain the property of Company.
3.1 Data Collection: User acknowledges that the App may collect and use certain information, as described in Company's Privacy Policy.
4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Company be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
5.1 Termination: Company may terminate User's access to the App at any time for any reason.
6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
7.1 Updates: Company may update or change this Agreement at any time.
